摘    要:目的:了解万州区医疗卫生机构消毒状况,分析存在的问题,改进消毒工作,提高消毒效果和质量。方法:根据卫生部《消毒技术规范》对2004~2006年全区医疗机构的环境物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒剂、医疗用品、空气等进行监测。结果:2004~2006年样品合格率依次为82.1%、84.1%、87.5%;区级医疗机构合格率为94.7%,乡镇卫生院为86.6%,个体诊所为77.1%。结论:万州区医疗卫生机构消毒效果呈逐年上升趋势,但仍需加强对空气、医护人员手的消毒监测工作,特别是对个体诊所更应该加强卫生监督监测工作,进一步提高消毒质量。

Abstract:Objective:To monitor and evaluate the disinfection quality and adopt corresponding improvement of disinfection efficacy in the medical institution of Wanzhou district.Methods:The disinfection quality was monitored in the environment,hands of doctors and nurses,disinfectant solutions in use,medical products,and air in hospital,according related Hygienic standard of hospital deisinfection of Ministry of Health,in Wanzhou district from 2004 to 2006.Results:The eligible rate of all samples was 82.1% in 2004,84.1% in 2005,87.5% in 2006.The district medical institution was 94.7%,in the town 86.6%,in the clinic 77.1% in Wanzhou district from 2004 to 2006.Conclusion:The eligible rate of disinfection efficacy appears with increasing trend in medical institutions in Wanzhou.However,the disinfection quality of air in hospital and hands of doctors and nurses still need to be improved,especialy the strengthening of surveillance and the improvement of disinfection in clinics.
