五味降压散镇痛镇静作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的]研究五味降压散的镇痛、镇静作用。方法]通过醋酸扭体法、热刺激法观察五味降压散对小鼠的镇痛作用;通过悬尾法观察五味降压散对小鼠的镇静作用。结果]实验表明,五味降压散中剂量能够显著减少小鼠的扭体次数(P0.05),五味降压散低剂量在给药90 min、高剂量在给药30、90 min时均能显著延长小鼠的痛阈值(P0.05);五味降压散高剂量在给药120 min能显著缩短小鼠5 min内悬尾活动时间,延长小鼠5 min内悬尾不动时间。结论]五味降压散在达到特定剂量时,具有一定的镇痛镇静作用。

Abstract:Objective] To study the analgesic and sedative effects of Wuwei Jiangya formula.Methods] Writhing method and heat stimulation method were used to observe the analgesic effect. Tail-hanging test was used to observe the sedative effect of Wuwei Jiangya formula on mice.Results] The results showed that Wuwei Jiangya formula at medium dose could significantly reduce writhing times of mice. Low dose treatment for 90 min and high dose treatment for 30 min and 90 min could significantly increase mice pain thresholds. Meanwhile, high dose for 120 min extended 5 min tail-hanging immobility time of mice.Conclusion] Certain dose of Wuwei Jiangya formula may play a role in analgesia and sedation.
