间充质干细胞移植治疗骨质疏松研究进展

摘    要:目前对抗骨质疏松药物的研究主要集中在骨吸收和骨形成失衡方面,对骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)数量和功能(迁移、归巢、分化)与骨质疏松相关性研究较少。MSCs是成骨细胞和脂肪细胞的同源体,因此当其数量减少或功能缺失造成成骨能力减弱,成脂能力增加,骨组织成分减少,脂肪组织增多,致使骨重建失衡,骨量丢失,骨微结构稀疏,引发骨质疏松。MSCs移植治疗可增加成骨细胞数量,增强成骨细胞功能,从而使得成骨分化能力变强,减少骨量丢失,提高骨密度,另一方面可使MSCs减少向脂肪细胞的分化,减少脂肪细胞数量,从而平衡成骨-脂肪分化,因此间充质干细胞治疗有望成为治疗骨质疏松新策略和方法。

Abstract:Until now anti-osteoporosis drug researches mainly focus on the balance about bone resorption with formation, while little research about the relation about MSCs number and function(migration, homing, differentiation) with osteoporosis. Osteoblast and adipocyte both derived from MSCs,therefore when MSCs is impaired, which resulting that osteoblasts function decreases, and adipocyte number increases, and the bone mass losses, finally caused osteoporosis. MSCs transplant could increase bone mass and density, and it would became new methods to cure osteoporosis.
