摘    要:目的探讨留学生实习前病史采集临床技能培训教学方法。方法借鉴以问题为基础学习、以团队为基础学习与标准化病人的应用,对留学生进行病史采集培训,课前课后收集问卷调查,进行统计学分析。结果留学生对于课堂信息、课堂组织、课堂内容、课堂演讲的满意率分别为100.0%、95.2%、100.0%、100.0%,与课前相比,课后留学生在病史采集的自信心、身份识别、现病史、既往史等、系统回顾、采集流程、询问技巧方面有显著性提高。结论借鉴以问题为基础学习教学、以小组为基础学习教学与标准化病人问诊方法,采取分组讨论的模式对留学生进行病史采集临床技能培训教学方法,学生满意度高,教学效果显著。

Abstract:Objective To investigate clinical training teaching methods of history taking in preintership international students. Methods Simulate problem-based learninig, team-based learning and standardized patient teaching methods, train international students in history taking, and questionnaires were collected for analyzed statistically. Results Satisfaction rates of classroom information, classroom organization, classroom content, classroom lectures were 100.0%, 95.2%, 100.0%, 100.0%. Students confidence in history taking, identification, history of present illness, past history, systematic review, gathering processes and inquiry skills have improved significantly. Conclusions The teaching methods that integrated problem-based learning, team-based learning and standardized patient, train international students clinical skills in history taking utilizing group discussion, the effect is significant and Student satisfaction is high.
