摘    要:目的探讨血尿酸(UA)在不同类型老年冠心病发生中的作用。方法41例老年冠心病住院患者分为稳定型心绞痛组(SA)和急性冠脉综合征(ACS)组,测定UA、血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、血管性假性血友病因子(vWF)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(PAI-1),血栓素B2(TXB2)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)。结果ACS组血UA升高者CRP、TXB2高于血UA正常者(P〈0.05),而SA组中各项指标在UA升高者与UA正常者之间差异无显著性。结论血UA升高可能通过激活血小板、引发炎症反应参与不同类型老年冠心病患者病情的发生与发展。

Role of serum uric acid in different types of coronary heart disease in the elderly

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of serum uric acid (UA) on different type of coronary heart disease (CHD) in the elderly. Methods Forty-one patients were divided into two groups: stable angina (SA) group and acute coronary syndrom (ACS) group. The levels of UA, alpha-granule membrane protein 140( GMP-140), yon Willebrand factor( vWF), plasminogen activator inhabitor type-1 ( PAI-1 ), thromboxane B2 ( TXB2 ), C-reactive protein (CRP) were measured. Then all data as well as intercommunication were evaluated among two groups. Results The levels of CRP and TXB2 of hyperuricemia patients were significantly higher than those of non-hyperuricemia patients in ACS group (P 〈 0. 05). There was no significant difference in SA group possessing hyperuricemia and non-hyperuricemia ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions UA is an important risk factor in different types of CHD in the elderly. It can induce different CHD in the elderly by activating platelet, causing inflammatory process.
