| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨舒糖宝对糖尿病 (DM)大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法 用腹腔注射四氧嘧啶 (Alloxan)的方法制作DM动物模型 ,观察舒糖宝对DM大鼠血糖、SOD和MDA的影响。结果 舒糖宝可降低血糖 (P <0 .0 1)、MDA(P <0 .0 1) ,提高SOD(P <0 .0 1)。结论 舒糖宝可提高四氧嘧啶DM大鼠抗氧化能力。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to discuss the influence of Shutangbao on serum supero xide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of diabetes mell itus (DM) rat. Methods DM animal model was made with alloxan intra peritoneal inj ection. The influence of Shutangbao on blood sugar, SOD and MDA of diabetes mell itus rat was observed. Results Shutangbao could lower blood sugar and MDA, and r aise SOD (P<0.01). Conclusion Shutangbao can raise antioxidant ability of alloxan DM rat. |
