成都市社区老年人群高血压防治现状的评价

目的评价成都市老年人群高血压的防治现状。方法在成都市青羊区、武侯区和簇桥乡各选择1—2个社区。分别代表成都市城区、城乡结合部和农村。对调查社区〉60岁老年人按10％的比例抽样调查。结果农村地区老年人高血压患病率为61．2％，城乡结合部为56．1％，城区为51．3％；而农村老年人高血压的知晓率、药物与非药物治疗率、控制率、血压测量率、高血压及相关疾病的知识得分远低于城区和城乡结合部。在降压药的选择中，复方类降压药物是老年人高血压惠者的首选药物，特别是在农村和城乡结合部，达89．5％和85．7％。决定选药的主要因素是疗效、价格和医嘱。社区卫生服务中心在高血压防治中发挥了主要作用。结论成都市农村老年人高血压防治工作急待加强，开展社区医疗服务，加强健康教育是有效的手段。

Comprehensive evaluation on hypertension control among Chengdu community elderly

Objective To evaluate the hypertension control in Chengdu elderly people.Methods During 2004 to 2005,three communities were selected from townsmen suburb and ruralregions form Chengdu.10% of the elderly were randomly selected from three communities and were interviewed about information on hypertension control.Results The prevalence of hypertension was the highest in the ruralregions(61.2%),and 51.3% in townsmen,and 56.1% in suburb.The rates of awareness,treatment and control of hypertension as well as the frequency of blood pressure measurement and the knowledge about hypertension and related diseases were the lowest in the ruralregion.Among all kinds of the antihypertensive drugs,the combination of anti hypertensive drug was most popular,especially in the rural and suburb regions(88.5% and 83.7%).The effectiveness of anti hypertensive medicines,physicians' advice and the price of medicines were firstly considered.The community health services were popular in hypertension control.Conclusion The hypertension control in ruralredgion in Chengdu should be more concerned.Do more works in the community health services,Television and radio are the most effective and acceptable methods for health education among elderly.
