摘    要:[目的]了解广州市节假日后高校学生学习倦怠的状况,探讨大学生自我调节和学校教育对策.[方法]采用经过修订的大学生学习倦怠量表对广州市576名高校学生进行调查.[结果]广州市高校学生在节假日后存在较高程度的学习倦怠,主要表现为行为不当、情绪低落和成就感低.[结论]应加强对节假日后学习倦怠的重视,学生、管理者和老师都要积极采取预防和干预措施.

Abstract:[Objective] To investigate the post holiday learning burnout status of college students after holiday in Guangzhou and to study the auto-regulatory ability of students as well as the intervention of the college. [Methods] A modified questionnaire based on the undergraduate learning burnout scale was applied to 576 college students in Guangzhou. [Results] The phenomenon of post holiday learning burnout was prominent, which was mainly defined by the 3 dimensions of dejection, improper behavior and reduced personal accomplishment. [Conclusion] Learning burnout of college students in Guangzhou can not be ignored and immediate measures should be taken to prevent and intervene it both by students and education administra- tion.
