用因子分析法解析广东地区类风湿关节炎证候分型的特点

目的：应用因子分析法研究广东地区类风湿性关节炎的证候分型特点,为临床辨证提供客观依据。方法：收集广东地区168例类风湿性关节炎患者的临床四诊信息,用因子分析方法进行分析,提取因子并测量症状载荷,明确因子对应的证候。结果：在提取出的15个公因子中,其中11个具有代表性的公因子分别对应类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹阻、湿热痹阻、肝肾不足三个临床上最常见的证候。结论：因子分析能对中医四诊信息较好地进行证型的客观分类,能在一定程度上揭示广东地区类风湿性关节炎的中医证型特点,可为临床辨证提供参考依据。

Research on Features of Syndrome Type of Rheumatoid Arthritis in Guangdong Area with Factor Analysis

Objective： This study was conducted to investigate the features of syndrome type of rheumatoid arthritis in Guangdong area by using the factor analysis,thereby providing the objective basis for clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods： The four diagnostic information for 168 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in guangdong area were collected and subsequently analyzed by using the factor analysis method. The factors and loading associated with different symptoms were analyzed accordingly to make the corresponding syndromes clear. Results： There are 15 common factors extracted,among which 11 typical common factors correspond to the three syndromes of rheumatoid arthritis,dampness- heat blockage type,cold- dampness blockage type and deficiency of liver and kidney type. These three types are frequently seen in clinical diagnosis. Conclusion：The factor analysis is a good tool for analyzing the four diagnostic information,and thus identifying the syndromes types. Our study,to some extent,revealed the features of syndrome type of rheumatoid arthritis in Guangdong area,thereby providing more information for clinical syndrome differentiation.
