参一胶囊联合三维适形放疗治疗老年局部晚期食管癌的疗效分析

目的分析参一胶囊联合三维适形放疗（3DCRT）治疗局部晚期食管癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法82例老年局部晚期食管癌患者随机分为2组,试验组42例采用参一胶囊联合3DCRT治疗;对照组40例采用单纯3DCRT治疗。结果试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为88.1%和52.5%（P〈0.05）;临床受益率分别为97.6%和70.0%（P〈0.05）。2组主要毒副反应均为骨髓抑制、放射性食管炎和放射性肺炎,且试验组的发生率均低于对照组（P均〈0.05）。试验组1、2、3 a生存率均高于对照组（P均〈0.05）。结论参一胶囊联合3DCRT治疗老年局部晚期食管癌可增加疗效,减轻放疗相关毒副反应。

Efficacy of Ginsenoside Rg3 Combined with Three Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy for Elderly Patients with Locally Advanced Esophageal Cancer

Objective To analyze the effect and toxicities of ginsenoside Rg3 combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy（3DCRT） for elderly patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer. Methods Eighty- two elderly patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer were divided into the trial group（42 patients） and the control group（0 patients）. Forty-two patients of the trial group received ginsenoside Rg3 combined with 3DCRT; 40 patients of the control group received only 3DCRT. Results The response rate in the trial group was 88.1%, and was 52.5% in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the overall efficiency rate were 97.6% and 77.5% , respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The main toxicities of the two groups were bone marrow suppression, radiation esophagitis and radiation bronchitis, the lncidences of bone marrow suppression, radiation esophagitis and radiation bronchitis of the trial group were higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The 1- ,2-, 3-year survival rate in the trial group were higherthan those in the control group（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg3 combined with 3DCRT is effect and safe for elderly patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer.
