针灸配合益肾活血汤治疗前列腺肥大的临床疗效观察

目的：分析并评价针灸配合内服益肾活血汤治疗中老年前列腺肥大的临床疗效。方法：将96例前列腺肥大病人随机分成观察组与对照组各48例,观察组病人采取针灸联合口服益肾活血汤治疗,对照组仅给予普乐安胶囊,治疗3个月后,对比分析两组临床疗效（P〈0.05）。结果：观察组的总有效率（85.42%）明显高于对照组（56.25%）,两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组经治疗后的I-PSS与QOL积分值均较治疗前有明显改善（P〈0.05）,同对照组相比,观察组病人治疗后I-PSS与QOL积分改善均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：联合应用针灸与益肾活血汤口服治疗前列腺肥大的疗效确切,可有效改善病人的残余尿量、前列腺体积、生活质量等指标,提倡临床推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Acupuncture Combined with Oral Yishen Huoxue Decoction in Treatment of Elderly Prostatic Hypertrophy Patients

Objective：To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with oral Yishen Huoxue Decoction on elderly prostatic hypertrophy patients. Methods：96 cases prostatic hypertrophy patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each had 48 cases. The patients in the observation group accepted the treatment of acupuncture combined with oral Yishen Huoxue Decoction and the patients in the control group only accepted universal Thai medicine,treatment for 3 months. The clinical efficacies of two group were compared（P〈0. 05）. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was 85. 42% which was significantly higher than that in the control group56. 25%（P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the I- PSS and QOL significantly improved（ P〈0. 05）,and in the observation group they were significantly better than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The combination of acupuncture and Yishen Huoxue Decoction has an exact effect,which can effectively improve the patient＇s residual urine volume,prostate volume,and other indicators of quality of life,and promote clinical application.
