浅谈在医院药品管理工作中书写标准操作规程（SOP）的体会

标准操作规程（SOP）是医院药品管理工作中使用率最高的文件.为落实国家有关的法律法规及三甲医院药品管理要求,实现“以病人为中心,安全合理用药”的药学服务理念,规范医院药品管理各环节的工作行为,本院在药品质量管理各环节开展SOP的书写工作,以指导医院药品质量与安全管理工作.通过书写SOP,增强了药剂工作人员对药品管理法律法规、药品管理基本知识的理解,增加了药品质量与安全管理意识,规范了医院药品管理中的行为.SOP文件可在医院药品质量与安全管理活动中发挥着积极的作用.

Discussion on hospital medication management in writing standard operating

Standard Operating Procedures （SOP） is the most useful file in hospital medication management. To carry out the relevant state laws and regulations and 3A grade hospital medication management requirements, to achieve the pharmaceutical serv- ice concept of ＂patient - centered, safe and rational medication use＂, and to regulate every department in hospital medication man- agement, every department of our hospital has written its own SOP to ensure high quality and safety management. Writing SOP has enhanced the understanding of medication management laws and regulations as well as medication management basic knowledge a- mong？ pharmaceutical personnel, increased the consciousness of medication quality and safety management, and regulated the be- havior in the hospital medication management. SOP files play a significantly positive role in the hospital medication quality and safety management activities.
