我院银杏达莫注射液不良反应分析

目的：了解本院银杏达莫注射液不良反应的特点及发生规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用分析、归纳、总结的方法,对本院上报国家药品不良反应检测中心在2012年1月—2014年2月共28例银杏达莫注射液不良反应进行回顾性分析。结果：银杏达莫注射液不良反应表现以恶心、呕吐、头晕、皮肤过敏反应为主,50岁以上为多发人群。结论：中药注射液成分复杂,应加强银杏达莫注射液不良反应的监控,促进合理用药。

Analysis Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection adverse reaction

Objective： The characteristics of the adverse reaction Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection understanding and occurrence regularity,to provide the reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods： By analysis,induction,summary of the methods for port hospital in 2012 January to 2014 February Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection adverse reactions were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,dizziness,mainly allergic skin reactions,above 50 years old in multiple populations. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine injection complex monitoring should be strengthened Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection adverse reaction,to promote the rational use of drugs.
