颧骨复合体骨折固定部位和数量的临床研究

目的探讨颧骨复合体骨折固定部位和数量。方法根据何冬梅等[1]提出的ZCF分类方法对89例颧骨复合体骨折进行分类,对A型骨折采用1点固定;B型骨折采用颧额缝、颧颌缝或眶下缘、颧颞缝三点复位固定;C型骨折采用颧额缝、颧颌缝或眶下缘、颧颞缝、颧牙槽嵴的四点固定。所有患者手术后均有影像学复查。所有患者3个月后根据功能与外形分级进行评价。结果固定部位和数量的选择方法简单,固定效果可靠。优39例（43.82%）;良48例（54.93%）;差2例（2.25%）。结论对何冬梅等[1]提出的颧骨复合体骨折ABC型骨折进行1到4点的固定方法简单可靠。

A clinical investigation of the zygomatic complex fracture fixation location and quantity

Aim To explore the zygomatic complex fracture fixation location and quantity.Methods According to ZCF classification proposed by He Dongmei etc 89 cases of zygomatic complex fractures were classified into A-type fracturensing 1 point of fixation,B-type fracture using 3-point fixation at zygomaticofrontal seam,zygomatic maxillary suture or inferior orbital rim,and zygomatic temporal suture,C-type fracture using 4-point fixation at zygomaticofrontal seam,zygomatic maxillary suture or inferior orbital rim,zygomatic temporal suture,and zygomatic alveolar ridge.All patients post-operative imaging were reviewed.3 months after classification all the patients were evaluated according to function and appearance.Results The method of choosing fixed positions and number is simple,reliable,and effective.There were excellent 39 cases(43.82%),good 48 cases(54.93%) and poor in 2 cases(2.25%).Conclusion The method is simple and reliable.
