卵巢癌患者血清CA125检测的临床价值

目的：探讨血清CA125在卵巢癌诊断和疗效观察中的临床价值。方法：血清CA125检测采用放射免疫分析法，研究对象包括56例卵巢癌患者，妇科良性肿瘤患者52例和正常对照组38例，结果：卵巢癌患者血CA125明显高于妇科良性肿瘤和正常对照组；卵巢上皮细胞癌明显高于非上皮细胞癌；妇科良性肿瘤和正常对照组比较无明显差异；卵巢癌患者治疗有效者血清CA125明显下降。结论：血清CA125检测对卵巢癌的诊断具有较高的诊断价值。尤其是上皮型细胞癌，同时有助于病情的观察和疗效的监测。

Significance of Determination of Serum CA125 in Patients with Ovarian Cancer

Objective To study the clinical values of determining plasma CA125 in diagnosing and evaluating therapeutic effects in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods RIA was used to measure serum CA125 in 108 patients with ovarian tumor (malignant: 56 cases, benign: 52 cases) and 38 controls. Results Serum CA125 levels in 56 ovarian cancer patients were significantly higher than those in controls and patients with ovarian benign tumors; serum CA125 levels in 36 epithelial cancer patients were significantly higher than those in 20 nonepithelial cancer patients. There was no significant difference between patients with benign tumor and controls in serum CA125 levels. Serum CA125 levels decreased sharply after effective treatment. Conclusion Determining serum CA125 possesses greater value in diagnosing ovarian cancere, specially in epithelial cancer and is a useful marker for evaluation of therapetic effect and prognosis
