原发性心脏肿瘤的诊治

目的 探讨心脏肿瘤的临床特征和外科治疗方法。方法 分析1994年至2006年9月手术治疗的78例心脏肿瘤患者临床资料。结果 完整切除肿瘤71例，大部分或部分切除肿瘤2例，取活检5例。围术期死亡3例，术后复发2例。结论 心脏肿瘤以心房粘液瘤多见。手术治疗心脏良性肿瘤近、远期效果理想。心脏恶性肿瘤诊治困难。

Diagnosis and treatment of primary heart neoplasm

Objective To summarize the clinical characterizations and outcome of surgical treatment of primary heart neoplasm. Methods The clinical data of 78 cases with cardiac tumors hospitalized from 1994 to sep. 2006 were analyzed. Results Complete resection of tumor was achieved in 71 cases,and subtotal resection was achieved in 2 ,and only biopsy was performed in 5 . 3 cases died of operation and 2 experienced recurrence. Conclusion Atrial myxoma is by far the most common primary cardiac tumor. Excellent immediate and long-term operative outcome may be obtained for benign cardiac tumors. However, the malignant tumors are hard to be diagnosed and treated.
