| 摘 要： | 通过对４８０例咨询病例进行临床分类及染色体检查发现习惯性流产、畸形、死胎分娩史、不孕症夫妇及智力低下患者等几种临床多见疾病中染色体异常率分另为８．７３％、４．９５％、５０％、９．８３％。习惯性流产的异常核型从平衡易位、标记额外小染色体及标记Ｙ染色体为多，并且提示Ｙ也是该组中常见的一种异常类型。

| Abstract: | Chromosomal exmination and karyotypes analysis of peripheral blood in 480 consult cases were performed from Sept.1987 to Dec.1995.The results showed that the abnormality rates of chromosomal karyotpes in clinical common diseases were 8.73% in habital abortion,4.59% abnormal tetus and tetue death,9.83% anoesia and 50% sterility;the number of abnormal karyotypes,such as balanced translocation,extra small mark chromosome and mark Y chromosome were much more in babital abortion.We also put forward that the case of big Y chromosome was a common abnormal karyotype. |
