超微粉碎对细辛挥发性成分的影响

摘    要:目的:确定细辛超微粉体制备工艺,探讨超微粉碎过程对其挥发性成分的影响。方法:以细辛粉末粒径分布D90及D50值为指标,初步筛选出细辛超微粉碎工艺最佳时间;采用HPLC法测定细辛细粉和不同粒径超微粉中甲基丁香酚及黄樟醚的含量。结果:振动粉碎可实现细辛药材的细胞破壁;低温下粉碎未造成细辛中挥发性成分的损失,振动粉碎6min时甲基丁香酚含量最高,振动粉碎12min时黄樟醚含量最高。结论:初步表明超微粉碎工艺适用于细辛粉末的制备。

Abstract:Objective: Determine the preparation process of asarum micro particles,to investigate impact on volatile components during the process of ultrafine pulverization.Methods: Get the Asarum particle size distribution of D90 and D50 values for indicators,preliminary screening the best time of Asarum pulverization.Using HPLC to compared methyleugenol and safrole content of asarum powders for different sizes.Results: The vibration mill grinding can achieve the cell broken;Ultrafine pulverization at low temperature caused no loss of volatile components in Asarum.Content of methyleugenol reach to highest level at 6 minutes during vibration grinding process,but the content of safrole reach to highest level at 12 minutes.Conclusion: Preliminary proved that the ultrafine pulverization technics can be used for asarum powder preparation.
