卡培他滨联合长春瑞滨治疗复发转移性乳腺癌的临床观察

目的　观察卡培他滨（ＣＡＰ）联合长春瑞滨（ＮＶＢ）治疗复发转移性乳腺癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法　卡培他滨２ ５００ｍｇ／ｍ^２，分２次口服。连续服用２周；长春瑞滨２５ｍｇ／ｍ^２，ｄ１、ｄ８快速静脉滴入。３周为１周期。至少治疗２个周期。结果　３６例患者可评价疗效和毒副反应，完全缓解（ＣＲ）４例，部分缓解（ＰＲ）１３例，病情稳定（ＳＤ）１０例，病情进展（ＰＤ）９例，总有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）为４７.２％，疾病控制率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ＋ＳＤ）为７５.０％。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制及手足综合征，其次为胃肠道反应及脉管炎，均可以耐受。结论　ＣＡＰ联合ＮＶＢ治疗复发转移性乳腺癌有较好的疗效，尤其是对蒽环类及紫杉类治疗失败的患者疗效显著，且耐受性好，并发症轻。

Clinical observation of vinorelbine and capecitabine combination in the treatment of 36 patients with recurrent metastatic breast cancer
