闭合性肝损伤的非手术治疗效果观察

目的探讨非手术保守疗法治疗闭合性肝损伤的临床效果。方法 62例闭合性肝损伤患者根据病情分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予保守治疗,对照组给予手术治疗。结果两组在痊愈率方面无显著性差异,但实验组并发症率(χ2=4.02,P<0.05)、病死率(χ2=4.98,P<0.05)和住院时间(t=6.84,P<0.01)等指标显著优于对照组。结论应仔细判断病情,尽量减少不必要的手术治疗,以发挥保守治疗的优势,帮助患者减少痛苦和尽快恢复。

The Observation of Clinical Effect on Conservative Non-surgical Treatment for Patients with Closed Hepatic Injury

Objective To explore the clinical effect of non-surgical conservative treatment for patients with closed hepatic injury.Methods 62 cases of patients with closed hepatic injury were divided into experimental group and control group according to the concrete disease.The conservative treatment was used for experimental group,and surgery treatment was used for control group.Results The cure rate in two groups has no significant differences,but the complications rate,death rate and hospital tine in experimental group was significantly better than in control group.Conclusions For the aim of expressing the advantage of conservative treatment,helping patients reduce pains and recover soon,it should diagnose the sates of disease carefully and reduce the unnecessary surgery treatment.
