凝血功能指标和血小板参数在肝硬化患者中的变化及意义

目的探讨凝血因子和血小板参数在肝硬化患者中的变化及意义。方法凝血功能指标（PT、APTT、TT、FIB）采用法国思达高STAGO compact全自动血凝仪检测,血小板参数（PLT、MPV、PDW、P-LCR）采用法国血细胞分析仪ABX PENTR120检测。结果肝硬化组PT、APTT、TI明显高于对照组,而FIB明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,并且随着肝硬化级别的增加,PT、APTT、TI逐渐升高（P〈0.05）,而FIB逐渐降低（P〈0.05）。肝硬化组MPV、PDW、P-LCR明显高于对照组,而PLT明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,并且随着肝硬化级别的增加,MPV、PDW、P-LCR逐渐升高（P〈0.05）,而PLT逐渐降低（P〈0.05）。结论凝血功能指标和血小板参数可作为临床判定肝硬化损害程度及判断预后的重要指标。

The change and significance of coagulative function index and platelet parameters in liver cirrhosis patients

Objective To explore the change and significance of coagulative function index and platelet parameters in liver cirrhosis patients.Methods The coagulafive function index（PT、 APTT、 TT and FIB） were detected with STAGO compact completely-automatic blond analyzer and platetet parameters（PLT、 MPV、 PDW and P-LCR） were detected with ABX PENTR120.Results Compared with control group,liver cirrhosis group had significantly higher levels of PT、 APTT、 TT（P0.05）;lower levels of FIB（P0.05）.Moreover,with the aggravation of liver cirrhosis,PT、APTT、 TT were gradually increased（P0.05） and FIB was gradually decreased（P0.05）.Compared with control group,liver clrrhosis group had significantly higher levels of MPV、 PDW、 P-LCR（P0.05）;lower levels of PLT（P0.05）.Moreover,with the aggravation of liver cirrhosis,MPV、 PDW and P-LCR were gradually increased（P0.05） and PLT was gradually decreased（P0.05）.Conclusion The coagulative function index and platelet parameters can help to determine the loss of liver function and the prognosis in liver cirrhosis.
