| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨前列宝口服液对丙酸睾酮诱发小鼠实验性前列腺增生的改善作用。方法：采用腹腔注射丙酸睾酮诱发小鼠实验性前列腺增生模型,同时连续20d灌胃给予前列宝口服液后,观察前列宝口服液对小鼠前列腺湿重、前列腺指数、前列腺组织病理学改变的影响。结果：与模型组相比,前列宝口服液能显著减轻前列腺湿重,降低前列腺指数、改善小鼠前列腺增生在组织形态学方面的改变。结论：前列宝口服液具有抑制前列腺增生的作用。
