摘    要:目的研究恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后营养风险及营养受损状况的变化,分析化疗后营养风险变化与年龄和肿瘤发生部位的关系。方法采用营养风险筛查2002(NRS 2002),调查100例恶性肿瘤患者化疗前和化疗后的营养风险,并将研究对象按年龄(是否〉60岁)、发生部位(是否为消化道)进行分组,比较各组在化疗前后营养风险和营养受损情况的变化。结果研究对象总体及各组化疗后的营养风险评分均明显高于化疗前(均P〈0.05),其中老年组和非消化道组的营养风险率化疗后较化疗前提高较大;患者化疗前后,在营养受损状况的变化中,除中青年组和消化道组近期体质量下降评分的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)外,其余各指标的差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05或〈0.01)。结论恶性肿瘤患者化疗后营养风险较之化疗前明显增加;化疗期间营养受损情况恶化显著;老年患者和消化道患者存在较高的营养风险,但化疗后以老年和非消化道患者营养风险率上升幅度较大。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of the nutrition risk and nutrition conditions in patients with malignant tumor before and after chemotherapy,to explore if the change has relationship with age and occurrence sites.Methods By Nutrition Risk Screening Tool 2002(NRS2002),100 cases of malignant tumor patients were investigated,then patients were divided into several groups according to age and occurrence sites,the nutrition risk and nutrition conditions of these patients were compared before and after chemotherapy.Results The nutrition risk scores in patients after chemotherapy were obviously higher than those before(P0.05),elderly group's and non-digestive tract group's nutrition risk rose more after chemotherapy;the indicators reflected nutrition damage condition all had statistic difference before and after chemotherapy(P0.05 or 0.01),except the weight loss score in youth group and digestive tract group(P0.05).Conclusion The nutrition risk were obviously increased and nutrition conditions were damaged in patients after chemotherapy.Higer nutrition risk were existed in elder and digestive tract tumor patients,but the increase range of nutrition risk rate larger in elder and non-digestive tract patients.
