摘    要:目的:优选适合药厂大批量提取重楼薯蓣皂苷元的工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,考查料液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间和提取次数对提取率的影响。以提取物酸水解所得薯蓣皂苷元的含量为指标筛选上述条件。结果:溶剂采用70%的乙醇、溶剂用量10倍量的原料体积、提取时间4h、提取次数3次为最佳工艺条件。结论:所筛工艺条件提高了重楼薯蓣皂苷元的收率,适用药厂大批量生产。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the process for the mass-extraction of total saponin from Rhizoma Paridis which is fit for drug factory.Methods:Conditions such as feed-liquor ratio,concentration of ethanol,hours and times of extraction were studied by orthogonal design guided by the yield of yamogenin that is from acid hydrolysis product of extractive.Results:The optimal extraction process was found to be a single reflux with 10 times of 70%alcohol for 4 h 3 times.Conclusion:the extraction process from this test improved the rate of extraction and meet the requirement of mass-extraction in drug factory.
