基于NoteExpress文献计量法对我国高仿真模拟人在护理教学领域的研究现状分析

摘    要:目的 探讨基于NoteExpress文献计量法对我国高仿真模拟人在护理领域的研究现状。方法 利用NoteExpress软件的在线检索功能,分别利用中国知网(CNKI)、超星期刊、万方数据、中文期刊服务平台-维普资讯对中国作者发表的中英文文献进行检索,发表时间为2011至2021年,使用Excel建立数据库,对文献类型、年份、标题、作者、关键词、来源等进行文献计量学分析。结果 截至2021年12月,共纳入符合题目的文献161篇,其中英文文献23篇。研究的高频关键词有:高仿真模拟人、护理、心肺复苏、模拟教学、护理教育、仿真、实验教学、护生、高仿真模拟教学、内科护理学等。2014年为发文量高峰年,并形成了核心作者研究团队,主要来自苏州卫生职业技术学院护理学院和南京中医药大学护理学院。结论 高仿真模拟人在我国护理教学领域研究范围广泛,已获得一定教学成效;选择信效度高的教学质量测评工具、打造护理各课程综合实训项目评价体系、提高护生参与意愿、减少不利于教学的影响因素以及加强教师课程管理是今后进一步努力研究的方向。

Abstract:Objective To explore the research status of high simulation dummy in nursing based on NoteExpress literature measurement method. Methods The online retrieval function of NoteExpress software was used to search the literatures published by Chinese authors by CNKI, Chaoxing Journal, WanFang database and VIP database, respectively. The publishing time was from 2011 to 2021. Excel was used to establish a database, and bibliometric analysis was conducted on literature types, years, titles, authors, keywords, sources and other research categories. Results By December 2021, a total of 161 literatures were included, of which 23 were in English. The keywords of high frequency research were: high simulation dummy, nursing, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, simulation teaching, nursing education, simulation, experimental teaching, nursing students, high simulation teaching, internal medicine nursing, etc. The year of 2014 was the peak year of publication, and a research team of core authors was formed, mainly from School of Nursing, Suzhou Vocational Health College and Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Conclusions High simulation dummy has a wide research scope in the field of nursing teaching in China and has achieved certain teaching effects; Choosing teaching quality evaluation tools with high reliability and validity, establishing a comprehensive evaluation system for nursing course training items, improving the willingness of nursing students to participate, reducing factors that are not conducive to teaching, and strengthening teacher management of courses are the directions for further research in the future.
