预先静注曲马多在小儿耳鼻喉手术苏醒期镇静作用的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察预先静注曲马多在小儿耳鼻喉手术苏醒期的镇静作用。方法选择60例择期行扁桃体和(或)腺样体摘除术患儿,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组在全麻插管后静脉注射曲马多2mg/kg,对照组静脉注射生理盐水。观察术后两组小儿的Comfort镇静评分及并发症发生情况。结果Comfort镇静评分实验组镇静满意率为63.3%,对照组镇静满意率为23.3%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。两组在自主呼吸恢复时间、术后低氧血症、恶心呕吐发生率没有显著差异(P>0.05)结论小儿耳鼻喉手术预注曲马多可获得苏醒期良好的镇静效果。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of tramadol on sedation after the induction in children undergoing ear-nose-throat surgery.Methods Sixty ASA Ⅰ children undergoing selective tonsillectomy and (or) adenoidectomy were included in the study and allocated randomly into two groups,2 mg/kg of tramadol were administered intravenously after intubation in study group and neutral saline were administered in control group.At the time of palinesthesia,a blind observer recorded the degree of the Comfort score and the condition of side effect.Results According to the data and Comfort score,the satisfaction rate of the sedation was higher in study group than control group.There was no significant difference among the recovery time of spontaneous respiratory,postoperative hypoxemia,nausea and vomiting.Conclusion The preventive function of 2 mg/kg tramadol after induction can make the favorable sedation effect.
