| 摘 要： | 报告采用ＣＴ引导下立体定向间质内放射治疗丘脑胶质瘤２６例，其中男１６例。女１０例，肿瘤位于左侧丘脑１１例，右侧丘脑１５例，其中胶质瘤Ⅰ级７例，Ⅱ级１５例，多形胶质母细胞瘤４例。随访时间最长３年零５个月，随访中发现死亡１２例，死亡率为４２．３％。本组无手术死亡。术后均未发生偏瘫。本文着重讨论了两种手术方法的结果；不同剂量照射后影像学的改变及并发症的预防和治疗问题。

| Abstract: | he stereotastic brachytherapy of gioma in thalamuus of 26 patients (16 men and 10 women) wasreported. Gllomas were located at left side, 11 patients, right side, 15 patients. The pathological resultswere followings: glioma 1 in 7 patients, glioma II in 15 patients, glioblastoma in 4 patients. Twelvepatients had died during follow-up (5 to 32 months) with a mortality of 42.3%. There was nosurgical related death or paaralysis. The results of methods of sursery and imaging changes afterirradiation of different dosages, as well as the prevention and treatment were discussed in thispaper. |
