| 摘 要： | 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-7（MMP-7）在食管癌癌组织及其癌旁组织中的表达。方法采用RT-PCR方法检测MMP-7在60例食管癌组织及其相应癌旁组织中的表达。结果 MMP-7在癌组织中阳性率为90.0%（54/60）,其对应癌旁组织中阳性率为48.3%（29/60）。经RT-PCR半定量分析,食管癌组织与其癌旁组织中MMP-7的表达量差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。MMP-7的表达与肿瘤侵润深度及淋巴结转移有关（P〈0.05）。结论 MMP-7的表达可能与食管癌的早期进展和程度有关。
