| 摘 要： | 医院开设特需病房后,在特需护理方面取得了较好的成绩,就面临的护理问题:特需病人对护理服务的要求越来越高;护理人员的整体素 质与不断发展的特需医疗存在着差距。针对这些问题进行了探索,提出了相应的护理对策。

| Abstract: | Since the special wards were set up, we have achieved great performance in special nursing service. This paper discussed the problems in nursing service and provided the countermeasures from the following aspects: the patients need more and more high quality of nursing service, there has been a big distances between the whole diathesis and the needs of the patient, and the patients come from far-ranging background. |
