摘    要:目的:设计流感病毒A诊断芯片的寡核苷酸(Oligo)探针.方法:利用BLAST软件对流感病毒A的基因序列进行比对,得到有意义的特异序列;用生物学软件Array Designer4.2设计特异性高、Tm值相近、长度均一的Oligo探针.结果:获得10条30 mer的Oligo探针.结论:利用BLAST软件和生物学软件Array Designer4.2设计流感病毒A诊断芯片的探针,可为后期打印成基因芯片,用于流感病毒A的检测打下基础.

Abstract:Objective:To design oligonucleotide probes for microarray detection of Influenza virus Type A.Methods:By analyzing the gene of Influenza Virus A with BLAST program,a group of specific sequences for the candidate probes were acquired.Array Designer4.2 software was applied to analyze the candidates to select the probes with high specificity,identical length and similar melting temperature(Tm).Results:10 oligonucleotide probes were designed.Conclusion:Oligonucleotide probes can be designed with BLAST program and Array Designer4.2 software,and become a foundation for depositing on gene chips as the basis of the microarray for Influenza Virus A detection.
