| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年急性重症胆管炎的临床观察和护理。方法对56例老年急性重症胆管炎患者的治疗护理措施进行回顾性分析。结果56例老年急性重症胆管炎患者均接受手术治疗及精湛细致的术后护理，54例治愈出院，2例好转出院。结论老年急性重症胆管炎是外科急症，及时手术救治，加强术后护理，是提高抢救成功率，降低并发症及死亡率的有效方法。
