成都市城区2004年肺结核合并糖尿病的流行病学调查

目的：了解成都市肺结核合并糖尿病的流行现状，探讨两病合并的临床特点及治疗。方法：对2004年成都市5城区各医疗机构所报告的5049例肺结核病例进行调查，确诊肺结核合并糖尿病105例。结果：流行现状是：成都市两病合并率为7．08％。人群分布性别间无差异，随年龄增大，肺结核合并糖尿病的患者人数增加，地区分布是城市高于乡镇，乡镇高于农村。临床特点是：两病合并的空洞发生率（48．57％），咯血发生率（28．57％）均高于单纯肺结核；传染性较强，痰菌阳性率为45．71％，且抗痨反应差。结论：结核病合并糖尿病已是一个严重的公共卫生问题，应引起卫生决策部门的重视。

THE EPIDEMIOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION REPORT ON PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES MELLITUS IN URBAN AREAS OF CHENGDU CITY IN THE YEAR OF 2004

Objective: To find out current prevalent situation of pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with diabetes mellitus in Chengdu city.And to explore the clinical characteristics and the therapy methods to pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods:5049cases of pulmonary tuberculosis which were reported by medical institutions in five urban areas in Chengdu city were investigated.105 cases of Pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus were confirmed.Results: Prevalence rate of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus was 7.08%.Prevalence rate showed no significant difference between different sex.Along with age growing, the number of case of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus is increasing.The prevalence rate in cities was higher than that in towns,and that in towns was higher than that in villages.Clinical characteristics showed the occurrence rate of hole(48.57%) and occurrence rate of hemoptysis(28.57%) in pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus were more than those with pulmonary tuberculosis alone.Pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus was highly infectious because of positive rate of sputum bacterium was 45.71%,while the therapy effect was little.Conclusions:Pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus has became a serious problem of public hygiene,therefore it should be paid enough attention to by policy-making department of healthy.
