黄精赞育胶囊治疗精液异常致不育症57例临床观察

目的:观察黄精赞育胶囊治疗精液异常引起男性不育症的疗效。方法:57例精液异常引起男性不育症患者均服用黄精赞育胶囊(由黄精、熟地黄、枸杞子、芡实、莲子、山药、党参、茯苓、薏苡仁、当归组成),3月为1疗程。结果:痊愈12例,显效22例,有效16例,无效7例。总有效率87.72％。而且治疗前后精液各项参数比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),精液质量明显改善。结论:黄精赞育胶囊治疗精液异常引起男性不育症有较为显著的疗效。

Treatment of Sterility due to Spermatopathia by Huangjing Zanyu Capsule:A Clinical Observation of 57 Cases

Abstract: Objective: To observe the curative effect ofHuangjing Zanyu Capsule(HZC) for male sterility due to sper-matopathia(SS). Methods: 57 cases of SS were treated by HZC(composed of Rhizoma Polygonati, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Fructus Lycii, Semen Euryales, Semen Nelumbinis, RhizomaDioscoreae, Radix Codonopsis, Poria, Semen Coicis and Radix An-gelicae Sinensis). 3 months constituted a course of treat-ment. Results: 12 cases were cured, 22 cases markedly effective, 16cases effective and 7 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being87. 72%. The various indexes of sperm showed very significant dif-ference before and after treatment(P < 0.01), and the quality ofsperm was markedly improved. Conclusion: HZC possesses markedeffect for SS.
