老年大肠息肉电切术前两种肠道准备的效果比较

目的评价两种不同肠道准备方法对老年大肠息肉高频电切术的效果。方法将118例年龄≥60岁的大肠息肉电切术患者随机分成观察组和对照组，观察组58例口服和爽（聚乙二醇电解质散），对照组60例口服硫酸镁溶液，分别观察各组患者肠道清洁度、药物不良反应、手术成功率、低血钾发生率、患者服药的依从性。结果观察组肠道清洁度优于对照组，手术成功率100％，无低血钾现象；对照组不良反应发生率较高，患者服药依从性差，手术成功率91．7％，低血钾发生率40．0％。两组结果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论口服和爽清洁肠道较口服硫酸镁溶液更为安全、有效，其可作为老年患者大肠息肉术前肠道准备的首选药物。

Comparison of two bowel preparation for electrosurgical resection of colorectal polyps

Objective To comparison of two different bowel preparation for electrosurgical resection of colorectal polyps. Methods A total of 118 patients with age 60 years old or above underwent electrosurgical resection of colorectal polyps were randomly divided into observation group and control group. As for preoperative bowel preparation, the observation group with 58 cases took orally Heshuang which was one of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder while control group with 60 cases took orally magnesium sulfate. Indicators including intestinal cleanness, reactions of medicine, success rate of surgery, incidence of hypokalemia and medicine compliance were compared between two groups. Results The observation group had better outcomes including intestinal cleanness condition, medicine reactions and medicine compliance than the control group. In the observation group, the success rate of surgeries was 100% and no hypokalemia occurred. However, thecontrol group had 91.7% success rate of surgeries and 40% of patients appeared hypokalemia.Conclusions Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder is safer and more effective than magnesium sulfate in cleaning intestinal tract. So it can be used as a primary choice of bowel cleaning for elderly patients with colorectal polyps.
