宫颈鳞状上皮癌变过程中水通道蛋白4的表达及其意义

目的：研究水通道蛋白4（AQP4）在宫颈鳞状上皮癌变过程中的表达特点及其意义。方法：采用免疫组化EliVision法检测AQP4在20例宫颈正常鳞状上皮、28例鳞状上皮不典型增生、12例宫颈原位癌和33例浸润性癌组织中的表达特点，分析AQP4表达与肿瘤临床病理因素的关系。结果：在上皮恶性转化过程中，宫颈组织实质细胞AQP4的表达逐渐增强，其在浸润性癌与正常组织中的表达存在显著性差异（P<0.05），肿瘤组织伴淋巴结转移者AQP4表达明显高于未转移者（P<0.05）。结论：AQP4的过表达在宫颈鳞癌发生及发展过程中发挥重要作用，通过增加肿瘤细胞对水的通透性, 促进肿瘤的侵袭和转移。

Expression and role of AQP4 in cervical squamous epithelium with malignant transformation

AIM: To investigate the expression of aquaporin 4 in cervical squamous epithelium with malignant transformation. METHODS: EliVision method of Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of AQP4 in normal squamous epithelium (n=20), dysplasia squamous epithelia hyperplasia (n=28)，squamous carcinoma in situ (n=12), invasive squamous epithelia carcinoma (n=33). RESULTS: the positive expression of AQP4 in parenchymal cells increase accompany with squamous epithelium malignant transformation. AQP4 expression in ISEC is significantly higher than NSE (P<0.05), Expression of AQP4 in cases with lymph node metastasis higher than without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05) CONCLUSION: The overexpression of AQP4 plays the important role in carcinogenesis and progression of cervical carcinoma. AQP4 promote the development and metastasis of cervical carcinoma through increasing permeable transport of water across the tumor cells.
