| Abstract: | Lysophosphatidic acid is an important intercellular lipid mediator that acts through G-protein coupled receptors to mediate the development and progression of a variety of tumors.In this article, we will summarize the structure and physiological function of lysophosphatidic acid and review its role in the pathogenesis of colon cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer and other gastrointestinal tumors. |
