| 摘 要： | 采用坐位体外冲击波碎石术（ＥＳＷＬ）治疗输尿管末端结石１２６例，治愈率９８．３％，１次碎石排净率为７２．２％，２次碎石排净率为２２．２％，所有患者均在门诊治疗，不需任何辅助措施。结果提示，坐位ＥＳＷＬ治疗输尿管末端结石具有定位准确、快速、方便，碎石效果好，患者容易接受，并发症少等优点，可在基层医院推广使用。

| Abstract: | The most distal portion of ureteral stone was treated with ESWL in seating position. Of the 126 cases of the out-patients, 91 cases were stone free (72. 2% ) after only one ESWL,22 cases (22. 2% ) after two ESWL,and 5 cases (3. 9% ) after 3 or more times treatments. The total stone free rate was 98. 3%. It was believed that the seating position in ESWL for the most distal portion of ureteral stone was convenient to locate the stone accurately and quickly. The result is satisfied with few complications. |
