肾肿瘤伴肾上腺偶发瘤6例报告

报告肾肿瘤伴肾上腺偶发瘤６例，约占同期肾癌患者的１１％，均经Ｂ超，ＣＴ检查灰发现，其中肾癌５例，肾盂癌１例；伴发一侧良性肾上腺肿瘤５例，双侧肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤１例。１例ＣＴ检查考虑为肾上腺肿瘤继续随访观察，５例手术及病理检查证实为肾上腺良性肿瘤。

Adrenal adenoma associated with malignant renal tumor (Report of 6 cases)

Six cases of nonfunctional adrenal adenoma associated with malignant renal tumor (containing 5 cases of clear cell carcinona and 1 case of pyelic cancer) were reported. Adrenal adenomas were found incidentaly during examination of renal cancer by Ultrosound and CT scans. All cases performed nephredony and adrenalectomy except 1 case of adrenal mass be followed up by serial CT scans. Pathological diagnosis showed:4 cases were benign adrenal adenoma and 1 case was adrenal phaaeochromocytoma. In our data,benign adrenal adenomas occur in 11% (5/45) of patient with renal cell carcinoma. We don't think incidentally adrenal tumor are certain metastasis from renal cell cercinoma.
