乙酰吉他霉素含片治疗急性咽炎扁桃体炎疗效观察

乙酰吉他霉素含片属大环内脂类抗生素，为了解该药对急性咽炎、急性扁挑体炎的治疗效果及有否不良反应，对９５例上述病例进行临床观察选取符合规定急性咽炎、扁桃体炎门诊病例为对象，分治疗１组及治疗２组两组就临床症状、体征、细菌学检验、药敏等变化及不良反应、疗效诸项指标对比观察综合评价按痊愈及显效两项计算有效率，治疗１组达８０３０％，治疗２组为９３１０％经观察乙酰吉他霉素含片对常见引起急性咽炎、急性扁桃体炎的致病菌较敏感，对上述两种临床常见多发病例疗效面宽而稳定，值得临床推广应用

Therapeutic Observation of Acytylkitasamycin Troches in Treating Acute Pharyngitis and Tonsillitis

Acytylkitasamycin troches (AT) belongs to macrolides-like antibiotics, which was observed clinically for its effect on acute phryngitis and tonsillitis in 95 cases. In the light with our standards chosen were the outpatient cases of acute pharyngitis and tonsillitis, which were divided into two: group 1 and group 2. Comparative observations were made of such indexes as clinical symptoms and signs, bacteriological test, drug sensitive reaction, side-effect, and curative effect. The comprehesive assessment was carried out by counting the effective rates of two items, 'recovery' and 'effectiveness', which reached 80.30% in group 1 and 93.10% in group 2. AT oral tablets under observation were sensitive to the germs often causing acute pharyngitis and tonsillitis. Wide and steady to the above common diseases, AT oral tablets deserves a clinical application.
