性变态病因学研究

性变态与其说是一种性心理障碍,不如说是刻板的性心理偏离,它是婴幼儿性欲活动的扭曲派生形式。其病因有二。第一个原因是生长发育复演过程中性欲(里比多)和性心理的停顿(固定)、返祖现象、变异或其他障碍,主要通过幼稚性行为的方式获得性高潮的经验。第二个原因是早年,尤其是儿时,通过非性交的行为,或者主要不是通过与同龄异性性交所得感官感受而获得性高潮的经验,在其中枢神经系统中留下深刻的记忆痕迹。当一个人处于第三精神状态或其他病理状态时,这些变态行为和经验会反复“闪回”,甚至形成“以往经验与现实知觉”往复运动的所谓“经验隧道”;这个人就会反复表现出性变态的行为。

Etiology of sexual perversion

Sexual perversion is rather a stereotype of sexual psychological deviation than sexual psychological block, which is a distorted derivative of infantile sexuality, and is attributed to two causes. The first is standstill (fixation), atavism, variation or other disturbances of libido and sexual psychology in the course of recapitulation of development, and acquirement of experiences of climax principally by the mode of infantile sexual behaviors. The second is experience of climax acquired in early life, especially in childhood, through non-coital behaviors, or chiefly not through sensory information from coitus with the opposite sex of the same age, which has left a deep memory trace in the central nervous system. When an individual finds himself in the third mental state or other pathological processes, these deviant behaviors and experiences may repeatedly " flash back",and even form the so-called "experience tunnel" of to-and-fro movement of "old experiences and actual perception"; then, the individual may repeatedly manifest behaviors of sexual perversion.
