中西医结合治疗中度支气管哮喘慢性持续期临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗中度支气管哮喘慢性持续期的疗效。方法通过3个月的临床研究,对治疗组（中西医结合治疗组）与对照组（舒利迭组）两组有效率及症状体征积分进行比较,治疗前后外周血嗜酸性粒细胞（EOS）计数及肺功能（FEV1、FEV1、PEF）进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组症状体征积分,EOS计数下降明显大于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组肺功能PEF治疗后明显大于治疗前和对照组治疗后,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,结论中西药合用治疗中度支气管哮喘慢性持续期能较快地消除症状和体征,明显改善肺通气功能,减少吸入激素用量,具有肯定疗效。

Clinical observation of integrated Chinese and Western therapy on moderate chronic persistent asthma

Objective Through this clinical research,to observe the therapeutic effect differences between the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy to moderate chronic persistent asthma with the treatment of Western medicine therapy. Methods Clinical research observed the general curative effect,effective rate in the month of 3th,the peripheral blood eosinophil cells （EOS） count,and lung function （FEV1、FEV1、PEF） before and after treatment in both treatment group （Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy group） and control group（Seretide group）.Results In clinical research the general effective rate in observed group and control group was statistically difference（P0.05）.the scores of symptoms between before and after treatment in observed group was higher than that in control group and there was statistically difference （P0.01）.The EOS descended in two groups from before to after treatment and there was statistically difference（P0.05）.Lung function （PEF） after treatment in observed group varied obviously contrasted with that before treatment and after treatment in control group（P0.05）.Conclusions Clinical study shows that the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy has superiority in aspects of rapidly action,improving the pulmonary function and decreasing the dosage of steroids.
