| 摘 要： | 目的研究刺五加总苷的快速测定方法及最佳提取条件。方法以刺五加总苷的相对含量为指标,采用正交设计及紫外分光光度法确定最佳工艺及分析方法。结果刺五加总苷含量快速测定条件为以质量分数为75%的乙醇做参比,测定波长325 nm。刺五加总苷最佳提取条件为每60 g刺五加粗粉用质量分数为75%的乙醇溶液100 mL,单次回流120 min,提取2次,得膏率大于4%。结论该最佳条件乙醇用量与药典方法比较降低了52%,回流时间缩短了8 h。

| Abstract: | Objective To research new determining method and orthogonal extracting conditions of total Acanthopanax senticosus glucoside.Methods The relative content of the total glucoside was selected as the index,the new method and optimum extracting conditions were studied by using orthogonal design and ultraviolet spectra.Results The optimum conditions were as follow:60 g dry coarse powder was extracted twice with 100 mL of 75% ethanol,120 min for each time.The new determining method can be applied to measure absorption values of the total glucoside at 325 nm using the solvent as reference.Conclusions The solvent volume of 75% ethanol could be reduced by 52%,and the circumfluence time could be shortened by 8 h. |
