| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨安胎养血方对先兆流产的疗效及机理。[方法]用双盲法随机分组,设自拟安胎养血方治疗组68例,对照组30例,观察先兆流产的治疗情况。[结果]治疗组有效率为95·6%,高于对照组63·3%。[结论]安胎养血方治疗先兆流产有较好的疗效,对婴儿没有影响。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveExplore the curative effect and mechanism of threatened abortion treated with anti-abortion and nourish-blood decoction(AND). MethodRandom grouping with double-blind method, make AND treatment group 68 cases, control 30 cases, observe the treatment of threatened abortion. Result The effective rate of the treatment group is 95.6%, better than control group 63.3%. Conclusion AND has good effect in treating threatened abortion, without influencing the baby. |
