基层综合ICU呼吸机相关肺炎原因分析与防治策略

目的 研究基层综合ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的原因及并提出防治策略,以降低VAP的发生率,缩短了住院天数,降低了医疗费用及死亡率.方法 对36例机械通气发生VAP患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析及问卷调查.结果 呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的原因是多方面.如:机械通气、患者及医务人员、侵入性操作、使用制酸剂、病房环境等.结论 尽可能缩短呼吸机通气治疗时间有利于降低VAP的发生率,加强预防措施是减少呼吸机相关性肺炎发生的关键,采取综合的防治措施是减少其发生的最佳策略.

The reason analysis and prevention strategy of ventilator associated pneumonia in basement colligation ICU

Objective To investigate the risk factors of ventilator associated pneumonia infection in basement colligation ICU and summarize strategies, to reduce VAP incidence rate, shorten hospital day, cut down medicai fees and death rate. Methods Retrospect the clinical data of 36 machine ventilation Patients happen to VAP, and rsearch the questionnaire. Results The reason of VAP was versatility, for instance machine ventilation, patient and medical staff, inasivenes operation, using antiacid, sickroom surroundings, and so on. Conclusion To shorten machine ventilation time as far as possible profit reducing VAP incidence rate. The criticality of shortening machine ventilation is strengthening protective measure. The best strategy is taking composite prevention and cure.
