强直性脊柱炎铁蛋白的变化及相关性研究

Objective To observe the ankylosing spondylitis (ankylosing spondyiltis, AS) in patients with ferritin and its relationship with disease activity indicators of relevance. Methods 40 cases of active AS patients with ferritin, the activity indexs(ESR, CRP) and immunoglobulins (IgA, IgG, IgM), a separate control group of 30 patients and to detect those targets; analysis of 40 cases of active stage AS in patients with ferritin and its relationship with disease activity indicators of relevance. Results ① Compared with normal control group,with active AS patients with ferritin, ESR, CRP, IgG, IgA was significantly higher (P<0.05 or P<0.01),while IgM was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05). ② Ferritin and ESR, CRP was positively correlated (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and IgA,IgG,IgM was no significant correlation (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion AS patients with active stage of the ferritin, IgA, IgG increased, the elevated ferritin and with ESR, CRP are relevant, IgA,IgG elevated in active AS patients have prompted the immune disorder, suggesting that ferritin AS disease activity can serve as a reaction of an objective index, mechanism of the increase may be due to the release of inflammatory factors cause the immune disorder.
