| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨可达龙治疗快速型心律失常的临床疗效和安全性.方法 选择86例60岁以上快速型心律失常患者给予可达龙治疗,观察治疗前后患者心律失常的有效控制率及心脏外不良反应.结果 86例心律失常的有效控制率为93.02%.结论 可达龙治疗快速型心律失常临床安全、有效.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore clinical curative effect of tachyarrhythmia on the therapeutic effect of Amiodaronum. Methods From January 2000 to October 2008,The 86 cases of Amiodaronum on tachyarrhythmia were retrospective analysis. The effective arrhythmie control rate and adveme reaction of pretherapy and posttreatment were observed. Results The effective arrhythmic control rate was 93.02% in 86 cases taehyarrhythmia. Conclusion Clinical analysis of 86 cases tachyarrhythmia on the therapeutic effect of Amiodaronum was safe and effective. |
