| 摘 要： | Objective To evaluate the effect of bisoprolol with fosin-opri on hypertension patients with left ventricular diastolic insufficiency. Methods A total of 82 hypertension patients with left ventricular diastolic insufficiency were randomly devided into tow groups. 41cases were given bisoprolol with fosinopri, the rest were given fosinopri. The course of che-motherapy was 16 weeks. To test the statistical difference of pre-pos treatment by Doppler tissue Imaging, which contains IVRT, E pead,A peak, E/A, HR and BP. Results The patients in the combinative group had a signifi-cantly change in before and after 16 weeeks(P ＜0.01). Conclusion The combinative of bisoprolol with fosinopri in hypertension patients with left ventricular diastolic has a better effect than fosinopri only.
