| 摘 要： | Objective To investigate significance of interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein as a predictor of chorioamnionitis in patients with premature rupture of the membranes. Methods Maternal serum was collected for detection of IL-6 and CRP, and placenta and membranes sample for pathology examination. Results ( 1 ) The level of maternal serum CRP and IL-6 raised signficantly in patients with premature rupture of membranes complicated by chorioamnionitis(P ＜0.01). (2)The levels of maternal serum CRP and IL-6 also raised signficantly with the time prolongation of premature rupture of themembranes( P ＜ 0. 0l ). ( 3 ) The positive rate of the predict diagnosis of PROM with early CMA was promoted by the standard of CRP≥10 mg/L and IL-6≥11 ng/L. Conclusion The maternal serum CRP and IL-6 determination could be used for the prediction of early CMA.
