血清NT-proBNP及心肌酶谱与先天性心脏病的相关性

目的研究先天性心脏病患者血清中NT-proBNP、CK-MB、CK、AST、LDH及α-HBDH的表达水平,进一步分析血清中NT-proBNP及心肌酶谱表达水平与先天性心脏病的相关性。方法入选30例由先天性心脏病导致心力衰竭的患者和30例正常健康体检者,采集所有入选者外周静脉血2 ml,用电化学发光免疫分析法测定NT-proBNP,DS-301型全自动生化分析仪测定心肌酶谱。结果先天性心脏病患者血清中NT-proBNP水平,随着心功能的分级不同(Ⅰ^Ⅳ分别为:92.1、146.7、200.8、232.6 pg/ml),呈明显的上升趋势,与正常体检者对照组(46.7 pg/ml)比较有显著的差异。患者血清中心肌酶谱水平(包括CK、CK-MB、LDH、以及α-HBDH)与NT-proBNP水平呈相同的上升趋势。结论先天性心脏病患者血清中NTproBNP、CK-MB、CK、AST、LDH及α-HBDH的表达水平与先天性心脏病相关,同时对心功能有良好反映。

ASSOCIATION OF NT- PROBNP AND CARDIAC CREATINE LEVEL IN SERUM WITH CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE

Objective To investigate the expression in serum of patients with congenital heart disease in NT- proBNP,CK- MB,CK,AST,LDH and α- HBDH,correlation analysis between the expression level and congenital heart disease NT- proBNP and myocardial enzyme in serum further. Methods A total of 30 cases of congenital heart disease caused by heart failure patients and 30 normal healthy people,collection of all subjects was 2ml in peripheral blood were measured with radioimmunoassay,NT- proBNP electrochemistry,DS- 301 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to measure the myocardial enzyme spectrum. Results The serum NT- proBNP level of patients with congenital heart disease,with different grading cardiac function（ Ⅰ ~ Ⅳ were： 92. 1 pg /ml,146. 7 pg /ml,200. 8 pg /ml,232. 6 pg /ml）,which showed a rising trend,and normal healthy control group（ 46. 7 pg /ml）there was significant difference between. Serum muscle enzymes levels in patients with central（ including CK,CK-MB,LDH,and α- HBDH） showed the same trend with the level of NT- proBNP. Conclusion The expression levels in serum of patients with congenital heart disease in NT- proBNP,CK- MB,CK,AST,LDH and α- HBDH associated with congenital heart disease,at the same time a good reflection on cardiac functi
