摘    要:目的探讨Q-SyteTm正压接头无针密闭输液系统在感染科的临床应用效果。方法实验组采用BD PeɡasusTm飞玛Tm安全型静脉留置针连接Q-SyteTm正压接头无针密闭输液系统,对照组采用普通直型留置针接肝素帽连接头皮针输液系统,对两者在感染科的应用情况进行对比。结果实验组在护士针刺伤、穿刺过程中回血污染手、患者发生静脉炎、堵管、脱管等情况明显优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论正压接头无针输液系统有效减少护士针刺伤、穿刺过程中回血污染手所造成的职业性感染,同时降低静脉炎、防止堵管、脱管的发生,方便临床用药和应急抢救,值得在临床中推广应用。

Q- SYTETM POSITIVE PRESSURE JOINT THE NEEDLE FREE CLOSED INFUSION SYSTEM USED IN THE DEPARTMENT OF INFECTION

Abstract:Objective To investigate the Q-SyteTmpositive pressure airtight transfusion system without needle in the clinical application effect of infectious diseases. Methods The experimental group was treated with BD Peɡasusтm Fei Maтm safety venous indwelling needle Q- Syteтmpositive pressure airtight transfusion system without needle and the control group with normal straight catheter with heparin cap connected with scalp acupuncture transfusion system comparative study on the application of infectious diseases. Results In the experimental group nurses needlestick injury,puncture process back to the blood pollution hand,phlebitis,pipe,and pipe was significantly better than the control group( p 0. 05). Conclusion Positive pressure joint Occupation infection without infusion system effectively reduce nurses needlestick injury,puncture process back to the blood pollution caused by the hand,at the same time reduce phlebitis,prevent pipe blockage,and tube formation,Convenient for clinical medicine and emergency rescue,it is worth in clinical application.
